Ingredients

salmon steaks

tbsp
dijion mustard
1
tsp
molasses
1
tsp
lemon juice
1
tbsp
olive oil

seasoned crutons

zipper bag
Instructions
Mix the dijon mustard, molasses and lemon juice together in a small bowl and brush the mixture over the salmon steaks, both sides.
Use a rolling pin to make crumbs from the croutons.
Place the crumbs in the zipper bag and shake one steak at a time until well coated with crumbs.
Oil a large non-stick skillet, raise to medium heat and add the salmon.
Cook the steaks about 5 minutes per side. The coating should be lightly browned and the salmon flesh should flake easily with a fork.
