Opening Day!
After what feels like an eternity since season 2019, Peregrine Lodge has dusted off the cobwebs from the rods and reels, polished the brass, touched up the paintwork and prepped the boats for a summer of fishing the plentiful waters of Haida Gwaii.
The dedicated staff have spent the last few weeks labouring away to bring the lodge back to its world class standards. The last few hours of today we checked off the remaining tasks and detailed the final touches to welcome our first guests for the 2021 season. Emotions were flowing, relief, joy, gratitude and satisfaction at a job well done thanks to the dedication of hardworking staff.
Here’s to BC reopening, tourism starting again, and the fishing being on!
