- 4 salmon steaks
- 2 tbsp dijion mustard
- 1 tsp molasses
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups seasoned crutons
- 1 large zipper bag

Instructions
- Mix the dijon mustard, molasses and lemon juice together in a small bowl and brush the mixture over the salmon steaks, both sides.
- Use a rolling pin to make crumbs from the croutons.
- Place the crumbs in the zipper bag and shake one steak at a time until well coated with crumbs.
- Oil a large non-stick skillet, raise to medium heat and add the salmon.
- Cook the steaks about 5 minutes per side. The coating should be lightly browned and the salmon flesh should flake easily with a fork.
