Tour 11

  |   Fishing Blog   |   No comment

The light southerly winds continued to provide smooth, calm waters and easy access to all areas of our fishing grounds.

Guides and Guests went to the far corners searching for Chinooks. Cohos were in bountiful supply offshore, which was easily attainable with the beautiful conditions. And the Halibuts were here, there and everywhere in between.

The North West winds tickled us just a little bit and brought with them the return of the Chinooks to the inner waters in varied sizes from mid teens to thirties.

Our guide Rick helped his very excited guest Byron land a 32 pound monster to claim biggest Chinook for this tour. Byron was more than happy to release it back into the grounds for the next group coming up, and we’re proud to have such great guests!
