Fishing Report July 16-July 19, 2023

We just wrapped up our 10th trip of the season here at Peregrine Lodge and both the guests and the guides were ecstatic about how great the fishing has been. The dock was buzzing with anticipation every single morning and filled with smiles every evening. The average chinook this trip ranged from 15-26lbs with some larger catches up to 29lbs. The coho were coming in steady at 6-8lbs and are continuing to grow in both size and numbers as the summer progresses.

The highlight of the week came in the form of a 60lbs spring that was caught and released. We want to congratulate the guide and the guests for reeling in such a magnificent catch, and for making the awesome decision to release that beauty back into the water. It was truly a special experience that will serve as a lasting memory for years to come.

Overall it was another fantastic trip with some outstanding fishing at Peregrine Lodge. With happy guides and happy guests, we could not be more pleased with the season to date. We always say; you might be arriving as guests, but while you’re here you will make life long friends, and by the time you leave you will be a part of our global Peregrine family.
