Another week wrapped up and another group of happy guests going home with boxes full of fish and memories that will last a lifetime! This was our 13th trip of the season and mother nature gave us a taste of everything over the four days. We had a bit of sunshine, a bit of rain, and the fish were biting through it all! Your comfort is our top priority so our expert guides know all the spots to go to no matter what the weather is doing that day.

The fishing on this trip was the same as the weather; a bit of everything! We had countless chinooks in the 12-15lbs range which are great to warm up with before you hook into the big ones. We also had our fair share of 20+lbs chinooks that never fail to get the blood pumping! And to top it off we had a tyee at 30lbs that is sure to put a smile on anyones face!

As per usual there was no shortage of cohos, with many in the 8-10lbs range. Those ones are incredible eaters and put up quite the fight when they’re on the line! While we pride ourselves on being a salmon fishing lodge, we wont shy away from the halibut. This week guests brought in multiple in the 20lbs and 30lbs range and we even had a 60 pounder hit our dock!
