Salmon Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 poached salmon cut into 3 or 4 pieces
- 1 diced cucumber
- 2 tsp capers chopped
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 cups sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Course ground pepper a few twists of the mill
- 1 handfull dill fresh
- 2 tblspns lemon juice fresh

Instructions
- Chop up the dill.
- Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Chill the sauce in the fridge for an hour.
